迦勒·迪亚兹, age 27, is a first-generation college student studying medical billing 和 coding. Previously, he was delivering newspapers 和 working as a barista at a local coffee shop. Caleb graduated with an associate degree in December 2014 but has long-term plans to return to school 和 complete a bachelor's degree in healthcare management. Caleb is also a fantastic artist with a special interest in painting 和 photography.
Q: Why 医疗帐单和编码?

Q: What aspects of the program appealed to you?
A: The medical field is always changing, so it's always interesting. There's always something new to learn whether that be in medicine, technology, etc.
Q: What was your life like before coming to Herzing大学 - Toledo campus?
A: I was working, 和 found myself not where I wanted to be professionally. Coming to Herzing has actually done a lot for me.

A: Just being where I was 和 not being happy. Working as a barista was interesting, but I wanted something more established where I could start to build a career.
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: 我是个艺术迷. I love art that deals with oil, pastels, portraits of people - you name it! Right now school is pretty dem和ing, so when I can I focus on art. The trick is to balance the academic 和 artistic sides of my life.
